Introduction of Tianbang Bonded Wood Particle Gypsum Board
Produced based on German technologies and formula,the Tianbang-brand bonded wood particle gypsum board is a new building panel, which takes the high-strength gessoes of certain fineness as adhesive, takes wood fiber as reinforcement and is produced by semi-dry process and felted by airflow feeding, shaped by the high pressure of a 3000 ton presser. It is the new building panel of wide uses, integrating the advantages of all kinds of gypsum board with paper surface and wood panel which are popular in marker at present, meanwhile overcoming their disadvantages and forming its own unique characters. The standard breadth of our gypsum board is 3050mm×1220mm, the standard thickness respectively is: 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 15, and 16mm, etc. we also can supply the panel of special breadth and 6-34mm-thick to the requirements of the clients.
Uses of Our Gypsum Board:

Advantages of Our Gypsum Board:

Fireproof: The Tianbang-brand wood-fibre reinforced gypsum board has superior fireproof properties after being tested by the National Center for Quality Supervision & Test of Fixed Fire-extinguishing Systems and Fire-resisting Components and is a Grade-A non-inflammable material. The components’ limit of fire resistance may be 3 hours.
· 2. Sound Insulation: The Tianbang-brand wood-fibre reinforced gypsum board has much better sound insulation effects, may reach 54dB.
· 3. Dampproof & preserving heat, it may be used in kitchen and basement.
· 4. High screw holding power, its surface may hang heavy goods and may be processed as wood.
